Biography:

Dr. Geeta Chitre an alumnus of Government Medical College, Miraj, Maharashtra, India, has completed her MBBS and MD in Medical Microbiology. She has a CIC qualification (Certification Board of Infection Control from the Association for Professionals in Infection Control, USA) She also has Certifications in Infectious diseases and a Diploma in Hospital and Healthcare management. She has completed accreditation courses making her eligible to be an Internal auditor for Medical laboratories and hospitals. Presently she is a Consultant Microbiologist and Infection Preventionist at Inlaks hospital, Pune. She has publications to her name and has presented papers at national and international conferences.
